My wife and I had a phenomenal weekend! We didn't really know what to expect when we arrived, but the whole weekend exceeded our expectations by far. All of the staff are very friendly, the food was fantastic and the Cave Suites had incredible and breath-taking views. Our Nature Guide, Jacques, was extremely informative. He has extensive knowledge of the wildlife and we enjoyed his stories while on the Nature Drives as well as our conversations after the tours and shows. Zahn, our other Nature Guide was just as informative. We enjoyed the Quad Bike Tour and the Stargazing Tour. We cannot thank Jacques and Zahn enough for making our weekend so much more exciting and special. We also want to thank each and every staff member. A five-star rating is just not enough! You guys will definitely be seeing us again!
